Do You Use Anything To Help You Remember Take Your Medication?
I have made a routine of taking my medications, however, when something disrupts that routine, I sometimes tend to forget to take my medication. How you found anything useful to help you remember take your medications?
I've been on Dilantin for over 50 years and I'm so used to taking it 3 times a day like a routine for me.
i have a pill case. i take 2 meds in the morning and 2 at night. i refill my pill case every saturday. i also know a week, or more, in advance when to call the Rx store and/or the dr when i run out.
i use to get 3 times a day and i had a watch that has the alarm thing in it. then the alarm goes off i take my meds. the watch and the pill case will get an extra help to get the meds on time.
I've got the weekly pill divider for morning and night which is easy enough to fill. Then on my smart phone I have tried many apps over the years and finally found the one that works, Dosecast. I have been using this app for just about two years now and it is very easy to setup.
Very easy to setup the taking of medication as it walks you through on how to setup everything. I am very happy with this app.
Put A Alarm On Your Phone. Now, I Always Remember & Know When It's Med Time, Before Or A Little After But Still Have Alarm Just In Case.
I set alarm on my phone and have it blister pack for me which tells me morning and afternoon and night
