It's difficult being on lots of medication and having seizures where you start to feel down and depressed, but what was the last thing that made you chuckle or laugh?

Probably a movie I watched, or something that I read.

I try to keep my mind off of seizures. I do lots of artwork & sell it so I’m busy there. I always find physical work to do each day for exercise. Of course throughout the day in mid day I need to take a nap or just relax to feel better mentally & physically. Once I get my nap I feel much more worn out & more energy.

My roommate works at an elementary school. I always laugh when he shares little anecdotes of what some of the children say and do. One little girl was sitting on the ground with her hand up to ear. When he asked her what she was doing she responded, " I am listening to the ocean." She had found a snail and had the shell up to her ear. LOLOL...How innocent and sweet is that?
