Does Anyone Get Flashing Lights In Their Peripheral Vision?
The light may not exactly flash but it moves along the side, front to back, of your peripheral vision in one of your eyes. Also, does anybody else get it when you change to light or darker settings? For example, If you walked from a brighter to a darker section of a room, or if a large piece of hair suddenly falls near your eyes and blocks light.
i do... not flashing but a 3 (almost triangle) dots in the left center of my eye that last only for a second or less.
Sure, almost everyone gets this at some point. It is most likely caused by vitreous separation, something that happens to us as we age. Check with your eye doctor to make sure, though.
Where the seizures came from, what was removed meant loosing some of my Peripheral Vision in my left eye.
It's common (and normal) from about middle age to experience some flashing lights in the peripheral vision as the vitreous starts to detach. Of course have your eyes checked to see what might happening in your case.
I used to see different colors in my left peripheral before my brain surgery took away peripheral vision
