I find flashing lights, strobes, light through trees and other moving lights extremely irritating and sometimes they give me stomach rising.

Happy Birthday 🎂!! The only lights that bother me are when you are driving down the road in the fall and winter when all the leaves are off the trees and the light flashes between the trees. Makes me nauseous.
