I was standing in my yard and I looked at the solid glowing white Christmas lights and next thing I knew I was crumpled over a cast iron urn, crashed across the concrete patio… never happened before. It was really messed up. I’m still really feeling it pretty badly.

I have a friend who's Seizures are sometimes triggered by lights and even certain types of music. She brought it to her doctors attention and was informed about the type of glasses she needs to put on when being inside a bright room that is bothering her and was explained how certain beats, instruments and even church bells can trigger seizures.

I’ve been more sensitive to lights recently and the newer lighting the stores, businesses and even homes use are very bright not like the old fluorescent bulbs with the frost to dim them. My eyes have been so sensitive that I try very hard not be outside in the morning sunlight.
