Yes I use a nasal spray called Nayzilam 5mg. It comes in two doses one for each nostril.
It most definitely works! Soon as I feel a aura I'll spray one nostril and it stops it within a few minutes. If you still have auras you can spray your other nostril. Like a say it definitely works.

I use both Nayzilam 5mg and the pill that desolves in my mouth. The spray works really fast! The pill version is a bit slower but less side effects.

I got three different kinds of nasal spray and when I needs to use it I do and the three kinds I have on me are sea water solution nasal spray full stream option + and I likes that one because it works right away and the other two I got are otrivin saline sea water and alot moderate stream and the last one I got is otrivin natural nasal and sinus cleaning with sea water and all of them are can spray but I finds the full stream option +one the best out of all three of them and to use you tilt your head slighty right to do the left side and tilt your head left to do the the right but on all three cans I have it said to blow your nose first and then it will work faster and quickly

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member I just never heard of using nasal spray. My seizures are also short, but I have days when I have clusters and that when I use my Lorazepam.

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member i am hoping nasal spray for seizures. i have nasal stuff when i get sick... but not tried a nasal stuff as a seizures med. and there is no need... because my seizures last a couple of seconds now.
