Hey I hope this helps, I have been taking xcopri since November. This is by far the one that has helped my seizures. I still get them 2-4xs out of the month but its better then 9xs a day. It does make me sleepy till this day. I do experience nausea sometimes in the morning.

I’ve been on Xcopri for about a year. I take 400mgs at night. Tiredness, dizziness, nausea and headaches. But it does help me.

I moved to West Coast was on Xcopri w/ Topamax and Depakote! It was helping. Moved to West Coast, they took me off Topamax and Depakote. Increased my level of Xcopri to 300 mg. I was seizure free for the first time in my life!
