Night Sweats, Unrelated To Meds Or Menopause

A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question 💭

Anyone else get night sweats EVERY SINGLE NIGHT (not from medication, menopause or perimenopause) specifically from their epilepsy? I sleep with my room probably about 55° every night yet every night I wake up 10 times every evening very uncomfortable and drenched in pools of sweat.

Me too. I’ve been trying my best to sleep through the night but am getting desperate…

I did. I used to love to have my the room chilly or cold and wrap up in heavy blankets. But it just doesn't work anymore.
I can't let the temperature drop below 68-70 and I cuddle with blankets but don't bury myself.
Keeping myself in a consistent state seems to work much better for me. Been sleeping like a baby. No sweat.
