I have no clue if any of the vitamins and minerals are helping me with my seizures.

Currently not on any medications, @ tilly did you just take calcium supplements on its own as in the video he advises if you want to increase your calcium intake by supplementation you gotta take it along side vitamin d ,magnesium and vitamin k.
Also you can get calcium via non diary foods such as sardines/ salmon, almonds, broccoli and califlower, leafy greens and figs.

Hi
Calcium has negative effect on me and it always makes me to have more seizures. I can’t take calcium vitamins, I can’t drink milk. If I do ,I will definitely have seizures a day or two after. I am 62 years old and it makes me to be worried for my bones health.
