Traveling For The Holidays? If So, Can You Share Your Favorite Travel Tips?

I always take all my meds with me even if they come in a 90 day supply. I have a weekly container that has my daily pills in it and I just refill it every week. If you get stranded you have all your pills.

It's alright to travel with seizure but one thing u have to do is make sure you eat and take your medicine on time. What I'm saying is if you take ur medicine at 7:00 in the morning you have to take your medicine at the same time that night. Another thing my doctor told me working out will is one thing that will slow down seizure.

Carry a small amount of medication in your life - in your purse, car, etc. I seem to forget my medication sometimes when leaving :( and it absolutely ruins the entire trip…

If you travel by plane & you have a bag that goes underneath the plane then also have a bag that you cary on the plane that not only has a few pieces of under & over clothing but your meds be it all of them in a plastic bag or at lest 3 to 7 days worth.
