I was thinking about this very question when I went grocery shopping last night. There was a terrible flickering light in the parking lot. Apparently someone had changed it because it was steady. I was fearful of going there, but had been accompanying my parents on some other errands, so went there as well.

That’s very common. It’s something I definitely cover my eyes from or look away. Ambulance, police, or fire trucks. Strobes are often used to induce seizures in the hospital setting, if they need to see something different on the Video EEG.

Depends what the light is like. White bright, blinking, has a pattern of dim and light. Yep.
