You learn whom are your true friends and family. I have always been caring and trusting in my life but about 10 years ago I learned to look after yourself first. Then those you can trust always help one another. Then there are others like us rather it's epilepsy or another disability. I always think there is someone worse then me. I learned humility what more people need to learn.
