Are There Any Other Epileptics Who Have Never Had A Headache Before?
I’m 41 years old and I’ve never had a headache. Is this because I have seizures instead?
I have not had headaches since the brain Injury & Epilepsy 23 years ago
I never get headaches.
I can have a seizure after the headache a day or two later.
You can also have the headache in different areas of the brain.

I do not have epilepsy myself, I joined EpilepsyTeam because my closet friend, Mindy, has Epilepsy.
However, I do have Cerebral Palsy and unfortunately I do have frequent headaches.
I never experienced a headache until I was 27. It was debilitating followed by vomiting and then a very long sleep. Shortly thereafter I was dx with ms.
Since then I didn't have another headache until shortly b4 being dx with epilepsy. Now when they arrive I take them to b a heads up for seizures
