Is exercise good for you to do while having seizure? I've been doing some and it's helped a lot mood and my weight also.What are some good ones to do as a beginner? Thanks for all the information.

I go for walks about 1 to 3 miles time to time.

Something that doesn’t get you over heated something that is not going to take away all your energy like when you do laundry you are excising sweeping mopping walk a little bit till you fill you can extend your walk where you are comfortable at stretching is a great exercise swimming for the ones that go to the pool or have a swimming pool

Walking plus you are excising every day when you clean up you can do mind works outs by just meditating for about an hour each day and some simple workouts with weights every other day
