Does anyone get really cold after a seizure or before ?
I've started to take notice of this symptom ,happened after I had a seizure and I remember telling the paramedics that I'm freezing and I was shivering same thing happened to me after a seizure today .

I just get tired after a seizure. I don’t get shivers.

i know when i had a bad seizure (tonic-clonic)... my body needs to take a sec to recupperate.
during a seizure is when the heart rate go up (almost like you have a heavy duty workout). after a seizure your body needs to reset/recover. that maybe it. my body (all but the tonic-clonic) is nano seconds but the tonic-clonic takes a lotta seconds. it is weird cause only my body gets cold. almost like brain freeze from too much ice creem.
