Is There Some Where On This Site To Find Anyone Who Is On A Keto Diet?
I have started the keto/carnivore diet about 3 months ago to try to help slow, but hopefully stop my 1-6 monthly focal seizures. So far I have cut them down to one a month but trying to stat in ketosis and keep weight on on the diet is getting harder. I have been following Dr ken Berry regarding the diet and have found many Drs using these diets for all sorts of health issues.

There are peeps on here that are. But I'd like to say congrats to Russell that is so cool.
I'm not on a keto diet but within 3-4 months the doctor said I lost 28 pounds n I was obese also said I'm no longer diabetic.
Wishing you've learned to use this site more comfortably as time goes, if you haven't already.
It took me sometime when first on, have learned more as time went so it's easier for me now.
