Hi @A MyEpilepsyTeam Member , Most but not all of my seizures occur in my sleep. I don’t have auras & so I don’t always know I’ve had a seizure unless I notice something is odd or someone witnesses it like my Mom or stepdad who I still live at home with. I have complex partial seizures & nocturnal seizures where I have seizures in my sleep. The last seizure that I know I had was January 2023 & I woke up with my glasses under my legs & they were a little out of shape & I always kept my glasses in a Kleenex box beside my pillow. A few years ago I had a seizure where I changed my PJ pants while taking a nap & I have no memory of it & a year later I had a seizure in my sleep & walked to my bathroom during that seizure & I only knew I had done that cause I had removed my feminine pad & I guess I did that cause I had a loss of bladder. I’m 44 & have had seizures since the 2nd grade after hitting my head on the monkey bars but no one knows for sure if I got them from that, my Dad or both. My Dad had bad grand mal seizures & so his were much worse than mine. I hope your auras & seizures calm down. Your friend in Texas, Becky
