I wasn’t sure what lions mane was so did a tiny bit of research and found it was a mushroom which sort of looked like a mane of sort. All the info seemed to be saying that only results were from animal. They all mentioned that more live human test need to be done I didn’t see anything relating to epilepsy There was mention of other neurological conditions such as alzimers I personal would want see some more scentific studies before considering experiment with this natural medicine
