During the school year, I try to keep as constant of a routine as possible. Since I take morning and evening meds, a regular routine is essential. During breaks, I modify my schedule to allow for more sleep/relaxation.

Sometimes the days can be difficult some I have no problems with. Most of the time I will have seizures every day. Sometimes I have absence seizures those are worse. I use a pill holder that holds my medicine for an entire week, I put it someplace visible to myself at all times.

I'm up fairly early, take meds, eat, get ready for the day. I take meds 4 times daily, try not to miss meals, babysit the grandchildren, clerk at the local library, teach Sunday school, care for my flowers and veggies, talk to my boys, run around with my husband, in bed by about 10 pm. I've gone 7 blessed years without a seizure and do everything that I can to stop them. When I overdo, I spend a lot of time sleeping & resting. I have learned to pay attention to auras.
