Do You Think Of Your Condition Or Disability Etc As A Setback In Your Life Or How Do Look At It?

I think at first it was like that because I didn't know what I had, but took some time to accept it, even though I have this epilepsy I have doesn't really set me back living out my life with! What's your thoughts about this ❓

I look at it as life's a dance I'll learn from this condition as a dance I'll dance through my struggles and learn as a go I'll party my way through this

I consider epilepsy as a neurological disorder. One thing I won't let it do is define me. I live with what hand is dealt to me and do everything possible keep it in check by taking my medication, getting plenty of sleep, and anything else the doctor recommends. I ask the doctor what activities he recommends to stay physically and mentally fit.
