It depends on who I’m talking to. If it’s someone who as friends and knows fairly understands about my disorder, I’m open to talking about what’s going on.

It it’s someone I see now and then , I just tell them I’m doing good

It depends on who I am speaking to, but if it's someone I know I tell them "I'm miserable, but I'm still here, so okay."

I just tell them that is a hard question, do you want a honest answer? Or just being polite? Then are you asking about physical, mentally, spiritually, or emotionally?
