What Do You Experience During An Aura?
When I have auras I get like an outer body experience and experience basically dejavu.. I feel my heart beat in my ears and I know I'm going down.. What are you're auras like?
I had one yesterday I believe after being in the sun too long. I started to get a dizzy feeling in my head and it was as if my vision was fading slowly and EVERYTHING felt like it was in slow motion. So I composed my thoughts before the seizure could take over me and went inside, sat in front of my a/c, sipped on water, laid down and waited for it to pass. My dog came and sat by me as if to watch over me and it was a welcomed surprise. All is well and I’m avoiding the outdoors like it’s the plague🥵🫠
The brain is a very interesting thing. Like how can a disease have so many different effects??
Like Kevin, I would get scared for no reason. When I felt this, I would start talking or singing and 90% of the time it would go away before I blacked out.
I get a weird taste in my throat area
Mine are feeling scared for no reason and feeling cold like the temperature dropped many degrees in the room. I also felt a new one a few months ago and hopefully just that one time, a taste of metal in my mouth. Before my surgery, I had different ones.
