When I feel like having a begining of a absent seizure or sometimes during the seizure I would do staring,I would also make a weird moaning noise if trying speak. What is interesting is I will remember what is happening during the seizure. When I start my Auras I would stop in the middle a conversation then continue with what I was talking about. Its really weird how seizures effect many people but as you learn more about them.

It’s difficult if you’re on your own but Auras, Memory loss, headaches or unknown injuries might be a sign. I live with a family member and if she is around at the time she tells me afterwards.
