I had eliminated coffee for awhile. Had a breakthrough they changed my meds so I went back to the things I enjoy. So far so good.. I’m not going to finish my life depriving myself of the things I like. Actually the coffee gets me off the couch.. all the drugs. I had no motivation.. a little coffee and I get motivated.

I don't have caffeine and alcohol. I haven't noticed any food causing seizures, but these things are hard to narrow down.
