I get sick to the stomach sometimes, depending on how bad the seizures are. I'm not sure if it's to do with that or something else but it's only once in a while that I am sick to the stomach

I have had severe nausea as part of the prodrome / aura. It frequently progresses to vomiting (or dry heaves if my stomach is empty) that can last for 30-45 minutes. Seizures are rare now, though, since starting on Keppra in January 2021. 💜

Almost always. I have actually vomited after 2 of my seizures.
