i always felt this way with some of my relatives on my dads side of the family, even after the divorce when i was a kid...* its like they didnt want to learn what i was going through and how to handle it

In my case, I am not married, but I have 3 of my sisters (also have 1 more sister and 2 brothers) as my health proxies and also my source for assistance because of all of the knowledge that I don't currently have access to in memory because of 19+ years of brain damage in addition to the memory recall hampering effects of epilepsy and the cumulative side effect that all anticonvulsants and some other medicines have and currently the additional hampering because depression and anxiety levels too high. I am working with my therapist in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to gain control of depression and anxiety when I have finished the long and tough process:

I need a few new friends. I only have my husband and one friend and they really don't like me to be with them when they go places. It is because I may have a seizure and interrupt their time outside.

Thank you ALL who post it helps me so much. I’m getting confused at times but need help even when I read a menu I have to apologize or does anyone do that? I was told by a dear friend don’t ever say you’re STUPID Lena it’s your brain it’s not your fault.
