Our oldest born, now 29, took seizures until around 5 years-years-old, just like her mom who had seizures until close to 5. We insured that when she catches a cold that she gets cold medication and her temperature will lowered and that is what helped her to not take s seizure. When my wife stopped taking them, one of her sisters started taking them and still have been having seizures close to 50 years. They recently, within the past year, installed an Vagus nerve stimulator and that has greatly reduced her seizure rate.

Out of 30+ years of epilepsy I’ve never spoke to anyone else, that I know of, who also has seizures.

I do not, I wish I knew someone from home that I could talk to. Thankfully with Gods blessing I don’t.

Never met them but a couple of my dad’s cousins have seizures.
