I know that we have our conditions and such etc, but you ever heard of the condition (bpd), and what do you think about it and your comment about the question here

Bipolar disorder is a mental health disorder. It has to do with mood swings. Some ppl become manic, and can’t sleep, go on shopping sprees for no reason. They become grandiose and think they will save the world or is the most important and talented person alive. There’s often severe anger and rage at the drop of a hat. There can be depression too. Ppl with epilepsy and other neurological disorders like CP are often misdiagnosed with bpd because we have a lot of the same symptoms. We have a lot of mood changes and anger problems and sleep problems and many anticonvulsants like Depakote, Neurontin AKA Gabbapentin, Gabitril and a couple others I think, are also used for bpd. I have worked as a therapist with those with bpd, and was wrongly diagnosed with bpd when I had seizures and had a very bad temper and was depressed all of the time.

When I watched "The Young and The Restless", Sharon had bipolar but she didn't seem to display all these characteristics. Just anxiety.
Bipolar disorder (BD) refers to people who suffer from mood disorders that occur in sequences. Depressive, manic/hypomanic, and mixed episodes usually follow each other. Their duration varies, but there is remission between them. This is the time of relatively normal functioning when the patient seems to have recovered. Unfortunately, this is false because the temporary disappearance or lesser intensity of symptoms does not mean recovery.

I've heard of bipolar but don't personally know anyone that has it.
