Does Anyone Have Epilepsy, Sjogren's Syndrome And Lupus?
Hello everyone:
I hope all is well. I just found out that I have Lupus. I was diagnosed with Sjogren's and Epilepsy several years ago. Recently, I found out I have Lupus. I also have Hypertension. Oh boy!! This is heavy.

I had that happen w/ high blood pressure & easy bleeding! Life is a festival! I started to Journal at night then changed my eating habits. My seizures were not so severe! A new medication Xcopri did the trick! Yoga and meditation. My weight dropped no high blood pressure. Walking 20 min a day! My seizures unbelievable are in control !
