How Would You Describe How It Feels After You Wake Up From A Seizure?

I’m putting some info together to understand this better. The more descriptive, the better! Thank you.

I have no idea, unless someone has witnessed me having a full seizure because they are always followed by a complex partial seizure. The only time that I know that I have had a seizure is if it was a simple partial seizure or someone witnessed one of the other types of seizures and tells me about it. It has been decades since I had a full seizure and woke up on the floor. And my complex partial seizures just continue to mutate. And I only have auras before simple partial seizures that happen while I am awake. I have no idea if I have any aura before the nocturnal seizures. On the bright side, I have been in a long-term seizure free state for a year and 5 months with even the worst level of anxiety and depression (during the last 2 years) not breaking that seizure-free state so far.

I had two questions running through my brain: where am I and what did I just do. Right away I realized where I was and then I kept quiet waiting for someone to tell me what they saw. Then I was usually embarrassed or surprised I was still alive.

Well when I wake up from the seizure for around 5 minute I believe I'm dreaming and that none of this is happening, and eventually I remember and I'm like...Oh crap!
But the worst thing is when someone who doesn't know what is happening calls an ambulance and I have to fight with the paramedics telling them I'll be fine. Nothing is worse than having to spend a week in a hospital after a seizure, it only worsens the depression, it's not like if I spend my time there I'll get better, at least in my case I know I'll only get one seizure not a cluster so there is no reason for hospital.
