Balance? Since I Started Having Seizures I Have Issues With My Balance. It’s That A Side Effect Or What?
I was just wondering
Hi Lynda. Seizures can potentially affect a person's balance and coordination, depending on the type and severity of the seizure. Seizures can cause temporary alterations in brain function, which may impact the areas responsible for maintaining balance. Additionally, certain medications used to treat seizures can have side effects that affect balance. It would be best to consult with a healthcare professional who can evaluate your specific situation and provide a more accurate explanation and appropriate treatment options.
Just wanted to say that I totally lost my sense of balance when I started taking X-Copri at higher doses. The sad thing is even when the med was dropped way down in amount, my balance has not come back. I don't think it ever will.
Kinda a combo of stuff, meds, condition age, etc, or single sometimes, my opinion
Balance and co-ordination, I think mine is more medication related
