I used to love to eat… now I have to force myself. Which I’m so not used to…. I have to set a reminder in my phone to eat and drink most days.

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member , I don’t know if you saw my answer above, but there are some medications, that have the side effect, of reducing your hunger

I even mentioned about seizures doing it too , along with a website, for meditation info

I've had moments like this where I am not that hungry. When I say not that hungry I mean to the point the only thing I will do is drink enough water to take my medication doses. As to why there are moments like this, I have no clue but I don't mind it as this is not a constant habit.

I will have a day when I don't feel hungry then the next day I will actually eat normally. Should I begin to experience this constant not wanting to eat I will visit my general doctor as that does raise concern. Just my thoughts.

Hi Tom, It's possible that your medication is causing you to experience a side effect.

There are a couple of possible reasons for that. You could be experiencing a side effect from your med(s).
Maybe research your medication side effect on www.drugs.com

Then there is the possibility of yours seizures, hitting that part of the brain, making you not feel hungry

Another thing you can do is discuss this issue with you Dr. Maybe he/she is willing to change your medication
