Epilepsy never effected my fitness. I played every sport in the books when I was younger. When I had a seizure I’d be out for a few minutes but then I’d be right back to playing and could play just as good as before the seizure.
Epilepsy never affected my fitness. I'm always ready to go. I just tired quickly if I'm running. Whenever I get the chance, I always play a sport I like. I ride a bike at least 5 days a week while delivering food.
A inconvenience but not a prob with my fitness and such etc, ok with.
