I'm afraid of not getting enough exercise, having fatigue makes you have less exercise.

Also check out the shoe brwasand Sketchers. I fell or tripped on a sidewalk near my residence walking back from a meeting (Scouts). Due to getting rides to church used the street where I tripped to see if I could find anything I tripped over on sidewalk, nothing seen from friend's car. So I checked the Internet about the shoes was wearing that night. Multiple websites stated that Sketcher Brand shoes could cause people to trip. Check the Internet

Some medications break down your Vitamin D and it’s good to take a Vitamin D supplement, even when you’re taking a multivitamin. Vitamin D also comes from sun exposure, which is difficult for some of us since we have to be careful not to get overheated 🥵. As for the drowsiness, simply a side effect from most epileptic medicine. I take vitamin B supplements which helps with this. If you have any questions about various things like this, be sure to let your doctor know. Now that there are more medications available for epilepsy, you may ask if you can try something else that might not have as many problems for you. I know that my doctor recently changed one of my medications and I have more energy now. When talking with my daughter on the phone, she said that she could tell by my voice that I was feeling better. Have a blessed day. 👍❤️🙏

I have days when I just don't want to go outside. When it gets like that, I found something on YouTube that will allow me to exercise in a chair. There have been mornings when I will turn on YouTube rather than take a walk due to not being able to move that well as I don't have my balance as well as I would like it to be. Unsure if I can share this link but this is the YouTube I am referring to https://youtu.be/g0jru_yb7dk?si=TwU27G1_STCSOtvS

🤗 I only took phenytoin/Dilantin for a short time as I developed a rash from it. I was put on Phenobarbitone instead and I was taken off it and other anticonvulsants were prescribed. I was put back on Phenobarb after developing absence seizures and Keppra Rage from Levetiracetam (Keppra). I too suffer fatigue and tiredness, I try to get some exercise but some days I just can’t, so don’t feel bad about it.
🤗
