I’m Epileptic, I Have A Question About Mild Seizures
I know whenever I had/have a grand mal, but I never know when I have a mild unless someone is paying attention and knows a little about seizures. So how do you know when you have a mild seizure without anyone telling you???
I call it my “reset” time and I usually have unusual brain fog feelings after my absence seizures as well as the loss of time in the day for me after the seizure. I have no memory of the seizures ever unless someone else is around to tell me what has happened. I am even able to walk around ask questions of others but the questions usually don’t make sense or that I already know the answers to.
Thank you for all your replies!!!!
Most of the time I don’t know when I seizure. But sometimes, I would notice my hands tremor or my heart would be racing . Those are clues that I was having a seizure. But, like I said, this doesn’t alway happen . I could go into a seizure, come out and not even know I had one.
It can take a very long time to work it out but generally the most easiest way I figured it out was I would be watching tv or on my laptop then I would go blank and not be able to do anything for 15-30 seconds then suddenly return to normal.
I could also just be sitting in a chair staring at the world not having a faint idea something was going on unless somebody tells me.
