Year's ago I had a battery operated watch, then I noticed if I wore it for a long time all day and night I had more seizures, since I stopped wearing it my seizures have not been so often.

Wow ! I’ve wore watches since 6th grade and I’m nearing the age of 50. I don’t think my seizures has anything to do with wearing watches.

There was a time when, I did have a watch for a short while , because the recent watch died. I didn’t a watch for a few months and my family nor I didn’t notice any changes in my seizures.

I was definitely going nuts without a watch. Every time I wanted to know what time it was , I would look at my wrist and no watch was there. Very frustrating.

Glad you have been okay, I am just explaining what I've noticed during my time of having epilepsy.

The watch I wear is a Smart Watch. Along with my phone, it keeps track of my sleep, how much was deep or light, and how many steps taken. The Phone has Calm on it, so I listen as I go to sleep.
