All of the lines are her brain waves. Where the lines get really spiky is a spot where she had a seizure.

Thanks so much Sean I appreciate your time to respond! She did have an aura before her big seizure and doesn’t remember about an hour and a half after. And she had a massive headache and threw up.
I hope your symptoms are being managed 🙏 thanks again for your time

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member It's just how the brain waves work and how the eeg machine reads them. Age doesn't really come into it.

Thank you for your reply. She had a “grand mal” seizure this summer paddle boarding and fell face first into the water. It was very scary(we didn’t see it but based off witness account who saved her life). Everyone seems to think she just fainted but the rescuer seems to know and said it was for sure a tonic clonic seizure. Would you guess based off this EEG that there is seizure activity?
I think so plus it shows 4 spikes and 1 sharp if you look at the writing on the left
