A job!!!!!! After being dismissed due to ill health no license! No seizes but fainted twice in the year but they haven’t found out why. I shall be self employed then I can show the company I worked for what they are missing. “me”.

Just keep moving forward and not focus on the what ifs. Epilepsy is there but it doesn’t rule me.

My wish came true and more. After my surgery, I wanted five seizure-free years to top my longest string before that (my four years of high school). Yesterday was 23 years since my surgery and I've been seizure-free the whole time.

I’d like the airlines and travel firms and hotels to understand how it feels to be an epileptic - as in doing role plays, to get a better understanding of how we feel, when we feel ignored, don’t feel safe, that sort of thing. I often try to let the crew know that I have my medicalID on me, so that if anything was to happen to me, then they can they can use the info on the back of either my bracelet or necklace, then inform my emergency contact - but now, I wonder why I even bother🤷‍♀️.
