I have Epilepsy, my seizures is from my Left Temporal Lobe also... But, I have not had any surgeries... And in the past 4 years, I have been having bad anxiety, panic attacks... so I have a psychiatrist who prescribes me on medication for it, and it has been helping alot! Along with going through counseling every 2 weeks from the depression of having Epilepsy etc... I hope you get to feeling better!

I had a right lobectomy and I was riddled with anxiety. I would definitely talk to your doctor about it.

I haven't had left temporal lobe lobectomy but can tell you the left temporal lobe does play a role in managing emotions, processing information from your senses, and interfere with memory in multiple ways.

What medication are you taking? Some medications side effects can give you anxiety. You have to check for the side effects of your meds.
