Can Seizures Cause Emotional Damage?
I had some seizures that I won’t forget. They were some of the worst ones that I’ve ever had (both physically and mentally) and there’s a picture of my bloody face. Whenever I see it, it’s hard for me to keep my cool and hold back my tears and emotions.

After reading about your info. , I realized that we have the same type of epilepsy and I have mine in my left temporal lobe. I’m not sure how I got the cuts on my face only because I was by myself (but saved by public) this time. I know that whenever I feel a petit mal seizure come kicking in, I need to take a seat or get to a comfortable position. It’s crazy to read about how much we have in common with our epilepsy.
Definitely understand! I am scared to go to sleep, because mine happen when sleeping. I am sorry you have that trauma now. My worst one I ended up in the hospital with a hematoma and because of my blood clotting disorder the next week I got hospitalized for a blood clot in my lung. Do not think it was a coincidence.
