I purchased chamomile tea from a company called Stash and discovered it is the best tasting as I only need one bag and no sugar. I tend to drink this type of tea daily or every other night especially when the weather has changed into the winter months. This type of tea is something that has a relaxing flavor as it does help me sleep. I don't drink it every evening but there are some evenings that I just enjoy having this type of tea while watching television or while reading through a book. Overall, chamomile is a very nice tea to have as it relieves stress and is healthy for the body in my opinion.
