Has Anyone Ever Had A Seizure With Their Eyes Open And They Were Trying To Talk To Someone At The Same Time?

York, SC

This happened to me for the first time that I'm aware of today. Usually my eyes are either closed or roll back and I shake uncontrollably any insight would be helpful.

Yes, my doctor calls them focal seizures. My eyes are open. I don't understand what is being said to me and I am talking but not making any sense. These seizures are not very long.

I understand I have mild seizures too. I can be in the car riding and talking to someone, they ask a question and I don’t respond, 5-10 seconds later start talking about anything but the question I was asked, and I don’t even recall them asking a question.
