What Do You Think About Soda Pop Since You Started Drinking It, And Do You Drink It On A Periodic Basis Weekly?

I was asked by step son and he said I drink regularly during the day a few drinks, I asked my doc when I seen her and she gave me her opinion on it, just curious what is your opinion on the question here?

Only drink herbal tea, decaffeinated coffee, water and cranberry juice (no sugar). No alcohol and no soda.

Sugar is hard on your liver. Certain meds are too. If you have too much sugar, it may give you high liver enzymes, which will lead to a medicine change.
Diet sweeteners are worse than sugar. Many, if not most, can cause seizures.

Dr Pepper is my down fall. Have one a day. I don't feel that it contributes to my seizures.
