When you drink to much caffeine you can have absence seizures Watch out how much caffeine you drink

I have coffee, no sugar every morning. Have never experienced any issues. After 12 noon I lay off the caffeine and will go with water so I can sleep at night.

Thankfully caffeine doesn’t trigger my seizures. I get migraines. So low levels of caffeine cause migraines for me. Going caffeine free would be a pain in the head

I actually need my 2 cups of coffee in the day because I have found one of my medications; Primidone; to really make me tired. The caffeine doesn’t seem to cause me any problems
