Bananas are a healthy fruit, as long as you don't eat them to often you will have a good sugar level and you will be okay.

Hi @A MyEpilepsyTeam Member I'm not a professional but when I was at college for my last big experiment I made up something daft... while my mates where doing simple things like can cress grow in such and such conditions.... this epileptic/ type 1 diabetic did an experiment called GO BANANAS ...basically about their sugar content lol. They shouldn't cause your levels to drop but to increase slightly, it all depends on size of banana, sometimes if it's been cooked!?, mashed up, there's different factors that play different roles is what I'm trying to say. You can most definitely find more info on the diabetes website or they have a food app/also book form called carbsandcals I hope this helps some. Vix 😊
