My left one does, constantly! It’s extremely hard to carry anything loose, or liquid in it. Over the years it has spread up my arm so I even sometimes feel unsteady on my feet.

My hands tremble slightly all day... I was diagnosed with generalized epilepsy 27 years ago. The tremble in my hands is the same now.

After I have had a seizure, my hands would have tremors or shake. It like I’m having a nicotine fit and I don’t smoke.
