Hello All! I Don't Mean To Be Morbid, But Need To Ask. How Do You Stop Being Scared You're Going To Have A Life Ending Seizure?

It does scare me, but it isn't a crippling fear. As time passed, I became accustomed to the fact that I have no control over it. After all, the fear of it isn't doing me any favors. Best to just move on, and whatever happens happens. The chips will fall where they may. There are still joys beyond that fear.

It's dif per person, but I know that I have them happen, they are more stable than before and I am ok with that, but I don't think that way, there is that sudep seizure that could happen, but I don't think that way, I just don't. So that being said, I wouldn't suggest doing that either, just hang in there and try and stay pos, my opinion to you.
