These are possible things , that may trigger seizures. Doesn’t mean that you will seizures. Doesn’t mean that any of these will trigger yours.
With myself , I am able to cope well, with all these different things .
Overall , make sure you have a full stock of medication, for the amount of days you’ll be traveling from home.and back .
Wear a medical alert necklace or bracelet. If you are not comfortable being alone go with someone. Let the airline aware of your situation.

I would say, it all depends on how severe your seizures are and how often they come on aka whether their controlled or not, personally I drove until I moved back to New York State and had my license revoked,
But before that I used greyhound amtrak and airline's admittedly those 3 options are a pain in the butt, but they are safer for someone who has uncontrolled seizures and in that case I would recommend traveling with another person as often as possible
