This can be related to women. Our bodies are more challenged during this time. Mine came back at puberty. But mine were not diagnosed till after graduation. Some people have it worse due to the period. Sometimes, regulating the period can help the seizures become regulated. Not for me; I had to have brain surgery. I am now almost 10 years seizure-free this August! Never give up!

Water pill, that's interesting. I'm going to talk to my doctor about that.

Catamenial epilepsy seizures occur exclusively when a woman is menstruating.

I had them bad at puberty, but doctor put me on a water pill and that helped greatly!
