sesame seeds and poppy seeds go to the brain and trigger a seizer

unfortunately our bodies respond differently to things especially if we have a routine in our food we should be able to pinpoint the problem sometimes the simplest things could be the cause of a trigger

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member Well, according to Google macadamia nuts are good for seizures. They’re good for epileptics because they contain a lot of fat. So I have a feeling that it wasn't the nuts. Hmmm 🤔, back to the drawing board.
